Stainless Steel Studios, developer of strategy games for the new Millennium,
today announced the addition of a new designer to the Empire Earth
development team. Richard "Methos" Bishop has joined SSSI as a game
designer. His responsibilities include designing the unit relationships for
Empire Earth, play balancing the game, and supervising and coordinating the
play testing of the game. Richard's extensive background in real-time
strategy gaming will have a tremendous impact on the quality of the
multiplayer-side of Empire Earth.
Richard co-authored Prima's Age of Empires strategy guide, has consistently
been a top three finalist in AoE tournaments on Case's Ladder and the MSN
Gaming Zone, and is ranked as one of the best Age of Empires players in the
world. Richard was also the strategy-genre editor for GX Media, and he
created and maintained a number of exceptionally popular strategy game Web
sites including: the Shai'tan Age of Empire Page, Methos' Warcraft II
Strategy Guide, and the Netleague Gaming Leagues.
Talk directly to Richard "Methos" and the Empire Earth design team at the
